We focus on small-to-mid jobs that fall through the cracks — the things larger contractors won't touch and most homeowners can't do themselves. We also bundle well. If you have a punch list of six small things, we knock them all out in one visit, which is more efficient and more economical for everyone.

How quickly can you schedule a visit?

Typically within 3–5 business days. For urgent situations — a leak, a security concern, a pre-listing deadline — call us directly and we'll do our best to prioritize. The deposit-based system keeps our schedule manageable so we can often move faster than larger contractors.

Is your crew licensed and insured for handyman work in New Mexico?

Yes. The same licensed and insured crew behind ARK's painting and restoration work handles our handyman services. We carry general liability insurance and workers' comp. Documentation available upon request before work begins.

Can I bundle multiple services into one visit?
